Short and long videos.

Short videos: Some are general, some have a greater emphasis on one part of the body. If Vimeo changes the access links and they stop working, try instead going to my
 Vimeo channel, which will show all videos, and select from there.

All the short videos (except 04: Shoulder Routine) fade out after a brief relaxation at the end, so that you can continue the relaxation if you wish.
